Fun day hailed a hit

A big thank you to everyone who supported our free family fun day on Saturday 25 September!

We enjoyed a variety of entertainment for all ages, from Northern Soul sounds to local choirs, from magicians to mermaids, from craft workshops to science shows, and from storytelling to live acoustic acts as part of a BBC Music Introducing in Cumbria showcase.

There was a wonderful atmosphere, the building was buzzing and we loved saying hi to so many people after such a long time away.

Absolutely fantastic food is served here, with a constantly changing menu.

Served by attentive and friendly staff in a beautiful environment and location.

I can not recommend this place enough, it's a must try if you enjoy good food at a very reasonable price.
