Latest safety measures

We recommend you read the information below before booking tickets to an event at Rosehill, particularly if you are a first-time visitor. Please email at the link below or call 01946 692422 if you have any questions.

Booking procedures

• Where possible, please book in advance on our website. The box office is open at least one hour before each scheduled event and at limited times during the week. If you are unable to book online and wish to buy over the phone, please call 01946 692422. If we are unable to answer, simply leave a message with your contact details and the event you are interested in, and a member of our team will call back as soon as possible.
• There are no limits on the number of households or people who can sit together. However, if booking tickets for a large group, we may be unable to seat everyone in close proximity, particularly if some have specific seating requirements.
• We are no longer operating social distancing on bookings. If you want to know more about seating arrangements for a specific event, or if you wish to check how busy it is likely to be before you commit to particular seats, our box office team will be happy to speak to you.
• If buying tickets on the day, please try to pay by contactless credit or debit card to limit the need for exchanging cash.
• On arrival, please go to the box office if you need to pay or have tickets to collect. Otherwise, head to the first floor where you'll find our bar and auditorium.

Safety measures around the building

• The wearing of face coverings in public places is once again optional. We recommend you continue to wear them in busy areas and when moving around, but this is not mandatory. Please respect an individual's right to choose.
• Hand sanitiser units are located around the building for your use.
• If you are attending a workshop, please follow the instructions given by the event leader and keep to your designated working area unless advised.
• We recommend that use of our lift is kept to a single household bubble, or one person, at any time. (The majority of our building is accessible, either on ground level or by the use of a lift; however, the Circle is only accessible by stairs)
• For live music events there may be people who wish to dance. We are an all-seated venue and we ask that you be respectful of those around you, particularly if by standing up to dance you then block the view of someone behind. For safety reasons we request that visitors refrain from dancing in any part of the Circle. We are sorry if this causes disappointment or frustration.

Refreshments

• A selection of snacks and drinks are available to purchase when you arrive. These are available at the bar.
• We regret that our restaurant is currently closed.
• Please ask for a replacement to your glass or bottle if you wish to take your drink into the auditorium.

• Ongoing measures as above apply to all areas of Rosehill and for all events.
• We will review these regularly and adapt procedures as necessary.
