Music: St Agnes Fountain

Start December with a fun evening of music by popular, and aptly named, band St Agnes Fountain.

Since the group’s first recording of the eponymous St Agnes Fountain album in 2001, founder member David Hughes, Fairport Convention’s Chris Leslie and BBC Folk Awards Best Duo 2009 Chris While and Julie Matthews have brought musical invention and laughter to the stardust atmosphere of the season.

They have released numerous treasured albums, studio albums and two live CDs as well as a couple of "Best Of" albums. But it is, without question, their magical live performances that have endeared them to an ever-growing audience.

Join them this December as they entertain with sparkling musicianship, humour and heartfelt renditions of your favourite Christmas tunes, both originals and those you know so well (or thought you did!).

Pre-performance dining

The Green Room restaurant offers a pre-theatre menu from 5pm, at £22 for two courses and £25 for three.

You can book and pay for your pre-theatre dining and ticket together either online or via the box office on 01946 692422.

The restaurant is very busy before performances and reservations are essential. If booking pre-theatre menu with tickets online, please state your preferred time for dining in the booking notes field and we will contact you to confirm your reservation.
