Associate artists Unfinished Business and change makers from across West Cumbria have been making Sauerkraut Spells to inspire positive transformation in the community.
Over the past few weeks, Unfinished Business have been holding performative workshops with artists, activists and community leaders from west Cumbria to create tasty, transformative, intention-setting spells in the form of Sauerkraut. This project focuses on DIY acts of care, nourishment, and empowerment. It combines the ancient process of fermenting vegetables with ritual action and poetic writing to consider the future we want to create and live within.
The event is completely free and includes tasty snacks and drinks for all!
