Gerard Logan: The Rape of Lucrece

An evening for the Cumbria Flood Recovery Fund
Many people have been affected and in many different ways by the floods of November in support of whom Rosehill is organising this special fundraising evening. We are enormously grateful to those involved in giving their services for a concert performed by some of the biggest names around the Rosehill area. Roy Robson who many will know from X Factor fame will be performing together with the immensely talented and entertaining Judith Jones and Phil Lewthwaite. Other performers include David Eldon, Jolan Craigen, Graham Bell, Mazzoni Acoustic and Lee Shakley.

El Moreno
An evening of romantic and exciting Spanish guitar music from El Moreno in the intimate setting of Rosehill’s Barn. Featuring beautiful solo pieces by the great masters of the past such as ‘Granada’ and ‘Leyenda’ by Albeniz, ’Memories of the Alhambra’ by Tarrega, the much loved ‘Adagio’ theme from Rodrigo as well as firey music in a flamenco style. Tapas is available before the performance to add some more Spanish flavour!

Moths Ate My Doctor Who Scarf
After two acclaimed Edinburgh Fringe runs Toby Hadoke’s solo comedy, Moths Ate My Doctor Who Scarf embarks on a major UK tour, including two weeks at London’s Arts Theatre. Charting the rise, fall and subsequent rise of a television legend, Hadoke presents a personal, satirical and razor sharp comic odyssey charting the Doctor’s triumphs and disasters, and Hadoke’s progress from child to man, through obsession, joy and disappointment.
